Yesterday, 19 Y6s took part in the cluster swimming gala. Eight of the squad had never taken part in a swimming gala before. Winning three of the four relays, having two or three swimmers in every individual final and being the best behaved and sportsmanlike school taking part, all meant that I was incredibly proud to accompany the children to the event. They were a real credit to our school. If all that wasn't enough, we came away as overall champions too! An extremely successful morning was had by all.
