Homework
Spellings will be given out on Tuesdays and tested the following Tuesday.
I would like the children to read at home after school for at least 15 minutes. The online accelerated reader book finder can be used to check that the level of your child's book matches the current level given to them in school. Your child's level is based upon a series of scores your child has received from the accelerated reader programme. Please note, if your child's reading level is not within the green band they will be a targeted reader or placed in a reading intervention.

In addition, the children should be practicing their times tables regularly on Times Table Rockstars (TTRS). By the end of the summer term in Y4 children are expected to be able to answer times table questions up to 12 x12 within a six second time period. This app is free to download and every child has a login.
During school holidays, homework will be provided to ensure basic skills are consistently used and reviewed.

Wednesday PE (Indoor) with Miss McCormick
